The British Band Instrument Company (BBICO) under their Edgware brand and Warwick Music Group (WMG) have collaborated on a new cleaning and care kit for the award-winning line of musical instruments – pInstruments.
Suitable for all pBuzz, pBugle, pCornet, pTrumpet, pBone, pBone mini and pTrumpet hyTech, the pInstrument Cleaning & Care Kit includes everything needed to keep pInstruments safe and clean:
Manufactured in the UK from all-natural ingredients, this slide grease is free from toxins, synthetics and petroleums. We use this product as a lip balm in the office, so no need to warn young brass players not to put their slide grease anywhere near their mouths! Lubricates slides on all brass instruments.
Built to last, we believe our brushes are the highest quality on the market currently. We hope they will greatly reduce the number of brushes used and discarded by wind musicians over the course of their playing careers. Our brushes feature a coating to prevent the scratching of instruments and mouthpieces.
Our cloths are manufactured in the UK from 100% untreated, lint-free cotton. These cloths are ‘good as new’ condition when washed, reducing the number of cloths used and discarded by wind musicians over the course of their playing careers. Suitable for all instrument finishes. Will gently clean the surface of any instrument.
Manufactured in the UK, a revolutionary 100% natural sanitiser. Kills 99.9999% of all germs. It’s anti-bacterial properties are provided by hypochlorous acid, which is produced naturally in the human body. This spray is skin friendly and safe to be used by children without adult supervision. Free from alcohol, fragrance & harmful chemicals.
Both organisations are leading the music industry with their approach to sustainability – fully compostable, biodegradable and recyclable packaging from BBICO, and carbon-neutral plastic instruments from WMG. They share the common goal of reducing the environmental impact created by the music products industry.
Both companies connected over this aim at the 2020 NAMM Show. Click here to read about BBICO’s first time exhibiting, and here to see Warwick Music Group featured in highlights from Hannah’s first NAMM Show.
“We’re very proud to be working in association with Warwick Music Group on accessories for their pInstrument range of products. Their ambitions towards carbon neutrality have been inspiration for our commitment to the environment. We share a common purpose with the Made in Britain campaign. It proves that the products are made in Britain, are of high quality, represent value for money, and that we adhere to the same highest business standards”.Alun Hughes, Managing Director of BBICO

All pInstruments are now carbon neutral, so it was important to us that our cleaning kits were designed and packaged in the UK, free of synthetics, toxins & petroleums, and sold in biodegradable, compostable & recyclable packaging. We feel that this kit is a fantastic addition to our range of instruments, which are made from a tough and durable ABS plastic, as well as having embedded anti-microbial technology which kills germs automatically”.Steven Greenall, CEO at Warwick Music Group
